As a former collegiate All-American athlete, a coach to several of my children's teams, and a certified fitness instructor, I have always been passionate about fitness and helping motivate others to achieve their personal best. I am thrilled to introduce the Bounce Boot Camp program to the tri-state area.
Founded by a former NFL player, Thomas Hill, Bounce Boot Camp has been shown to improve cardiovascular health, core strength, balance, and coordination through the various activities we offer. This program has a heavy focus on educating the youth on the significance of staying active and healthy and how that can positively impact their bodies. Through introducing multiple sports, fitness movements and nutritional games, youth can better develop their core strength, speed and agility, hand-eye coordination and footwork. We have something for everyone, whether it’s for an after school class, birthday party, scout program or team building event, you can be sure to have all of your needs met.
